Step No. 13— You meet with the relocation agent and find out about all the relocation benefits the state will offer to you. In addition to assisting you in your search for replacement property, the state will also provide payment for the following:

• Moving costs;
• Utilities hook-ups;
• Telephone and cable television hook-ups;
• Closing costs; and
• Cost of legal counsel at the closing (in some cases). 

Depending on your individual circumstances, you may also be eligible for a replacement-housing supplement, in addition to the purchase price of your current home.
