I see a large white box on the South Suburban Airport Home Page. What is this?
Why does a security warning appear when I load the SSA Home Page?

This is a Macromedia Flash file that isn't loading properly. You may not have Macromedia Flash Player installed on your system, or your Macromedia Flash Player is out of date. Please try downloading the new version of Macromedia Flash Player by clicking on the "Get Macromedia Flash Player" button located at the bottom of the SSA home page. Only download Macromedia Flash Player from a trusted Macromedia, Inc. website.

Why does a security warning appear when I load the SSA Home Page?

Why can't I view any of the Adobe PDF documents on the SSA web sites?
You may not have Adobe Reader installed on your system, or your Adobe Reader is out of date. Try downloading the new version of Adobe Reader, by clicking on the "Get Adobe Reader" button located on the bottom of the left menu bar of every web page (except the SSA home page).

I don't have Adobe Reader, is it safe to download it?
Yes, Adobe Reader is safe to download. Adobe Reader has a Microsoft authenticity signature, and Adobe Systems Incorporated assures their product is safe for download. Only download Adobe Reader from a trusted Adobe Systems Incorporated web site.

The link to Adobe Reader isn't working.
Sometimes web pages cannot be displayed at all times. This is due to a number of factors. The most common is World Wide Web traffic. Please try again at another time.

How current is the information I am viewing on this site?
Each web page has a date and time stamp located at the bottom of the page. This is the last date and time the page was updated.

The information doesn't all fit on my screen.
The web site was originally designed for 800x600 screen resolution. Due to changes made during the design, the site is now best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024x768. Please refer to your Microsoft Windows manual for changing screen resolution.

The images and other documents are not displaying when I click on the links.
All links to documents and images on the South Suburban Airport web sites open up in a new window. If this window is left open it will then be reused by the next document. Check to see if the file opened up in that window.

Why does the Land Acquisition site look different? Am I in the right place?
Yes, you are in the right place. The Land Acquisition site is still using the previous design, and is currently being redesigned.

Nothing happens when I click on the "printable version" link near the page title.
You may not have Javascript enabled on your browser. Enable Javascript and refresh the page.

A print box with an "Add Printer" icon appears when a "Printable Version" page loads.
This means you do not have a printer installed on your system. You must have a printer installed to print these pages.

The rollover definitions are not displaying correctly.
You may not have Javascript enabled on your browser, or your browser is not compatible with our rollover script. This site is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or higher with Javascript enabled. Try enabling Javascript and refresh the page.

Nothing happens when I click on an e-mail link.
You must have an e-mail program (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express) installed on your computer to send e-mail. Please install an e-mail program and try again, or send an e-mail using an online e-mail account (Hotmail, Yahoo, MSN) to the e-mail listed.

How do I submit comments on the information found within this web site?
